A new season for high-sensitivity cardiac troponin assay

摘要 hs-cTn具有很好的临床应用价值.对hs-cTn的判断标准和要求仍有不同看法.cTn在表面健康人中可以检测到,这具有一定的生理学意义.在建立cTn参考范围时,表面健康人的筛选标准因年龄、性别和人群不同而异的参考范围以及临界值的选择等存在的问题,尚无一致意见. hs-cTn was proved to has good clinical application value. The assay has physiological significance because hs-cTn can be measured in apparently healthy subjects. There is no consensus on the establishing 99th percentile values and choosing the critical values for different populations based on the age,sex or ethnicity.
