梯度强磁场下制备TiAl_3增强铝基复合材料 被引量:1

Fabrication of TiAl_3 Reinforced Al-Si Composites with High Gradient Magnetic Field

摘要 通过改变超导强磁场的梯度,利用不同物质的磁化率差异制备了TiAl3增强的Al-Si基梯度复合材料。分析了凝固组织中增强相TiAl3颗粒的分布,讨论了强磁场条件对颗粒运动行为的影响。并对合金试样沿轴向进行了硬度测量,结果表明,硬度在轴向呈梯度分布,验证了凝固组织中增强相的梯度分布。 TiAl3 particle reinforced Al-Si gradient composites were successfully prepared by adjusting super-conductive high magnetic field based on difference of susceptibility between the matrix alloy and the reinforcement. Distribution of TiAl3 particles in the solidification structure was observed,and effects of high magnetic field on motion behavior of the reinforcement were approached. Meanwhile,micro-hardness of the gradient composites was measured along axial direction. The results show that the micro-hardness exhibits gradient distribution in axial direction,which verifies the gradient distribution of reinforcement in the solidification structure.
