摘要
罗可普火焰切割机自动化程度高,但故障多。本文较详细地叙述了使用过程中碰到的各种情况及维护实践。逐步完善了不用一个限位(行程开关)的PLC控制的全自动切割。
The automatization level of old all - tomatic flame cutting machine is high, but it often goes wrong. This paper has discussed all kinds of the problems occurred during its operations and the measures taken to solve these problems. We have also mproved the old machine step by step to make it become a new automatic flame cutting machine controlled by the PLC without any the journey - switch .
