摘要
目的建立大鼠正畸性牙根吸收模型,探讨相同作用力条件下不同加力时间牙根吸收区IL-1β的表达变化。了解IL-1β与牙根吸收的关系。方法选择月龄相同,体质量相近的SD雄性成年大鼠建立正畸牙移动模型,按不同加力时间分为1、3、5、7、10、14d组。采用连续切片观察牙根吸收情况。应用免疫组织化学方法观察IL-1β的表达变化。结果牙根吸收主要表达在根中1/3区域,IL-1β的表达随加力时间不同而变化,不同加力时间时牙根吸收程度与IL-1β的表达两者基本一致。结论说明IL-1β参与牙根吸收过程。提示临床加力应注意周期性,不应频繁加力。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of IL-1β and root absorption during the process of orthodontic tooth moving.Methods 42 male SD rats were used to establish the models for orthodontic root absorption,which were divided into 6 groups(1 day,3 days,5 days,7 days,10 days and 14 days) according to the duration of the orthodontic force applied.Serial slides of the root were harvested and HE stained for micromorphologic evaluation of the amount of root absorption.The expression of IL-1β in the same areas was also investigated with immunohistochemical staining.Results Root absorption was distinguished in the area of middle 1/3 of the root.The expression of IL-1β was greatly influenced by the duration of the orthodontic force applied.The amount of root absorption was coincident with the expression of IL-1β under different durations of force application.Conclusions IL-1β plays an important role in the orthodontic root absorption.It is suggested that the clinical orthodontic force should be exerted periodically,while frequent adjustment of the orthodontic force should be avoided.
