摘要
成骨细胞是骨组织中的重要细胞,在骨的形成、发育、改建、修复过程中发挥重要作用。力转导是将力学刺激转化为细胞的生化响应的过程,是引起后续一系列生理反应的基础。信号通路则是一个复杂的网络状信号传递系统,其将信号传入核内引起基因表达的变化。本文将从力转导和信号通路两方面对成骨细胞响应载荷的机制进行综述。
Osteoblasts are key components of the bone tissue, playing an important role in the formation, growth, remodeling and healing of the bone. Meehanotransduetion is a procedure that transduees the biophysical force into biochemical responses. It is also the basis of many following-up physiological functions. Signal pathway is a complex network-like signal transduetion system, inducing changes of the gene expression in the nucleus. In this paper, we review the mechanotransduetion sensers and the molecular pathways involved in osteoblasts responding to mechanical stimulation.
