传统模拉拔与压力模拉拔的实验比较 被引量:3

Experimental Comparison between Traditional Drawing and Drawing with Pressure Dies

摘要 国外实验研究表明:使用压力模进行钢丝拉拔时,由于润滑剂在压力状态下润滑,因而与传统拉丝模拉拔相比,在使用同种润滑剂时摩擦因数减小48%,拉拔应力降低20%左右。 Experimental study at abroad show that because of lubricating under pressure state when drawing steel wire with pressure dies,the friction coefficient reduces 48% and the drawing force decreases about 20% compared with drawing with traditional dies as using same lubricantThe mechanical properties of steel wire drawn by pressure dies are improved obviously
