摘要
介绍了一种新型脉冲放电表面强化设备,分析了该设备的特点及工作原理,并以Cr2B为强化电极进行了强化试验,研究了强化层的组织、性能。结果表明,该设备具有强化速度高、强化层厚及表面质量好等特点,且强化层显微硬度高,耐高温性能好。
Abstract A new type
electrospark alloying machine and the characteristics of the ESAed layer was investigated using
Cr 2B as the electrode material and Aisi1045(0.45%)as the substrate material.The test results
indicated that the new type machine produced a high coating rate,a stable coating process,and a
satisfacting coating surface,etc.The ESAed layer exhibited high hardness and high wear
resistance.
