摘要
通过加盐精馏与酯化反应精馏的联合,将原料的制备、酯化反应精馏及塔釜液的处理结合成一体,促进了混合醇的分离,提高了乙醇的收率;实现了酯化反应精馏塔的釜液外循环,消除了含酸废液对环境的污染,改善了酯化反应条件,提高了乙酸乙酯的收率。
Separation of mixed alcohols and purification of ethanol,reactive distillationof esterification and treatment of still liquor were integrated into a single operationby systematic combination of salt effect distillation with reactive distillation ofesterification.As a result,separation of mixed alcohols was promoted,ethanol yieldincreased,and circulation of the still liquor of the esterification column was per-formed.Moreover,esterification conditions were improved,with yield of ester beingincreased and the acidic liquor eliminated.
