摘要
合成一种新型噻二唑二聚体衍生物,用红外光谱仪对其结构进行表征,采用四球摩擦磨损试验机考察其在蒸馏水中的摩擦学性能。结果表明:添加剂在水中具有优良的承载能力和极压性能,并在一定程度上改善水的抗磨减摩性能;该添加剂具有很好的抑制铜片腐蚀的性能,是一种环境友好型的多功能润滑添加剂。
A new type of thiadiazole dimer derivative was synthesized and the structure was analyzed through infrared spectrum. The tribological properties of the additive in distilled water were evaluated with a four-ball machine. The results indicate that the additive possesses good load-carrying and extreme pressure properties in water, can improve the antiwear and friction reducing abilities. The additive provides excellent property as a copper corrosion inhibitor, and is promising as a muhi-functional environmental friendly lubricating additive.
