系统性红斑狼疮中医病机认识的思考 被引量：2

摘要 系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)中医病机复杂,更因激素等广泛应用、药物性因素的影响使治疗变得更加困难。我们认为,区别该病治疗使用激素前后不同病机,把握SLE"本证"和"演变证"是深化病机认识的重要方面;同时SLE轻重不同,病机上也存在较大差异。因此,区分应用激素前后及SLE轻重的不同病机,对提高SLE疗效具有重要意义,紧紧抓住"本证"是揭示SLE病机的关键。
