摘要
目的观察补肾健脾止血中药对恶性血液病化疗后血小板减少患者相关指标的影响。方法将患者105例随机分为两组,对照组采用西医常规方法,治疗组加服补肾健脾止血中药。结果与对照组比较,治疗组出血症状减轻、血小板计数恢复时间加快;血小板减少持续时间缩短、血小板输注频率和输注量明显减少,无不良反应。两组血清中IL-11水平及骨髓单个核细胞IL-11受体α(IL-11Rα)基因的表达接近。结论恶性血液病化疗后配合补肾健脾止血中药可减轻出血症状,加快血小板恢复,减少血小板输注,对临床有一定的意义。
Objective：To observe the intervention effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine herbon variation of blood platelet count,the level of IL-11 in serum and the expression of IL-11 receptor α gene in bone marrow mononuclear cells in thrombocytopenia after chemotherapy of hematology malignant disease. Methods：105 cases of thrombocy-topenia hematology malignant diseases after chemotherapy were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was used conventional methods including etamsylate Injection,platelet transfusion and so on. Based on the control group,the treatment group was used TCM herb which was to reinforce kidney,strengthen spleen and stop bleed-ing. Results：Compared with the control group,the bleeding symptom was decreased and the recovery time of platelet was faster in the treatment group. Moreover,the duration of thrombocytopenia,the frequency and the fluence of platelet transfusion were significantly reduced. There were no significant differences betweens the IL-11 level in serum and the IL-11 receptor α gene expression in bone marrow mononuclear cells. Also,there were no adverse reactions. Conclusion：Traditional Chinese Medicine herb in thrombocytopenia after chemotherapy of hematology malignant disease could decrease bleeding symptom,accelerate the recovery platelet count and reduce the infusion of platelet.
