介绍了与涂料相关的铸件粘砂和表面球化衰退等铸造缺陷,并通过选择最佳的涂料搭配和使用方法,有效地解决了上述铸件缺陷,取得了良好的效果。
Some surface casting defects,which relate with foundry coating such as sand penetration and degradated spheroidization,were analyzed.Through selecting the optimal coatings combination and operation rules,the above-mentioned casting defects could be eliminated.
