摘要 游梁式抽油机载荷变化剧烈,致使电机装机功率高且工作效率低下。研制了一种机械蓄能器,将其安装在电机输出端,依靠其较大的转动惯量进行能量储存与释放,以平衡电机的载荷及功率波动,实现降低装机功率及节能的目的。试验结果表明,该装置有功节电率达11.7%,效果明显。 The load fluctuation of beam pumping units is so drastic that electromotor have highly equipped power and low work efficiency.Based on this situation,a kind of mechanical accumulator is developed,installed in the output electromotor.Its big moment of inertia store and release balances the fluctuation of electromotor load and power,for the purpose of reducing the equipped power and being energy efficiency.The field experiments indicate the effect of energy saving of this appliance is obvious and saving rate is up to 11.7%.
