摘要
基于对藏书剔除现状的分析,江西理工大学图书馆成立了馆藏文献剔除小组,并制订出适合该馆藏书剔除的3个标准,即内容标准、外形标准和利用率标准。藏书剔除时可采取以下程序:初步拟定剔书清单——依据馆藏建设任务和各方意见修改清单——报请文献剔除小组审批——实施藏书下架和打捆——调拨或报废处理已剔藏书。应用此程序,该馆2009年底对流通书库中H大类的藏书进行剔除,共剔除藏书1436册。
The workgroup of rejecting library collections is set up on the basis of analyzing the current situation of rejecting work in the Library of Jiangxi University of Science and Technology. At the same time, the rejecting standards are built up and constituted by three standards, which are content standard, graph standard and utilization standard. The process of rejecting library collections is as follows： drawing up the inventory of rejecting books, modifying the inventory according to collection task and all suggestions corned from different departments of the university, approving the inventory by the workgroup of rejecting, then moving down and binding books from shelf, and then scraping or allocating rejecting collections. Using the process, the rejecting work was carried on at the end of 2009, and 1 436 books were rejected from collections of categories H in the library.
