摘要
在介绍调查区域概况的基础上,分析了劳动力外出的原因及特点,探讨了促进农村劳动力有序外出、繁荣乡村经济的可行性路径。
Based on the introduction of a general situation of the investigation region,the paper analyzes the reasons and features leading to the farmers’ working out and explores the feasible route to encourage labor force to seek jobs outside regularly and prosper rural economy.
