摘要
对3种溶剂法提取天然辣椒红色素的效果进行比较,结果发现,用自制三相提取器提取天然辣椒红色素,提取时间短,溶剂用量少,色价、提取率较高,且无需将辣椒皮粉碎成粉末,所得残渣的可利用性强。
The extraction effect of capsanthin from red pigment were compared among three solvent extraction methods.The results showed that the extraction time and solvent could be saved with the three-phase extractor,and the color value,extraction rate,availability of the residue were high,even the red peppers were no need to be crushed into powder.
