摘要
以前,人们研究设备更新问题时较多地注意单台设备的经济寿命。本文研究了一个新问题——企业内多台不同役龄设备的匹配。它与企业多年的设备投资决策有关,应考虑的因素有设备投资、设备大修理、设备维修、设备创造的收益、设备残值等。本文采用计算机模拟方法,通过比较企业在一段时期内对不同役龄匹配的某种设备进行更新获取的经济效益,选择企业设备役龄匹配的最佳标准,提出供企业决策者选择控制企业设备新度系数的合理区间。
When people studied the problem of equipment renewal in carly time, they paid more attention to the economic life of single apparatus. This article studies a new problem, that is, match of several apparatus with different service years in enterprise. It relates to enterprise's investment decision for equitpment in some years, and should consider the following factors: equipment investment, overhaul fund, maintenance cost, equipment's creating value, residual value and so on. Through comparing with the economic efficiecy of renewal of one kind of equipment using its different matches of service years during a period time, the article choses the optimum standard for match of service years of enterprise's equipment by means of computer simulation. To enterprise's decision leader, it provides selections from a reasonable range of coefficient for control of enterprise's equipment usage degree.
