吹填土地基的超前加固处理

摘要 扬子乙烯石脑油罐群工程突破传统惯例,在无前期固结情况下,成功地对新吹填土地基进行振冲碎石桩加固。标贯、静力触探、荷载试验、孔隙水压力、土压力、罐底沉降、分层沉降、深层沉降和侧向位移的测试表明,加固效果满足要求。经振冲碎石桩加固,地基承载力大幅度提高,固结速度加快,稳定安全度提高。文中根据工程实践的结果对传统的沉降计算公式作了切合实际的修正;对无条件清淤的场合提出了补偿的方法。 Breaking through the traditional routine in Yangze ethylene naphtha tank group engineering and being in condition of no early firmming, it is seccessful to firm the newly soil blowing-filling foundation with vibrated and impacted broken stone stake. A series of tests about standard penetration, static force inspection, loads, seam water pressure, soil pressure, settlement of tank bottom, settlement of middle layer and deep layer shows that firmming effect is satisfied for request. After firmming with vibrated and impacted broken stone stake, load bearing force increeased greatly, fimming speed was fastened and level of stability and safety was raised. Based on engineering practices this paper gives a revised formula which properly corrects the traditional settlement calculation formula and presents a compensation method for condition in which removing of mud sediment is impossible.
