摘要
以往在进行大型动力设备基础找正和找平时,均需采用垫铁的方法来调整,要耗用大量的钢材。采用无垫铁施工工艺,既节省了钢材,又简化了施工程序。本文介绍了无垫铁施工工艺并强调该工艺的技术关键——补偿收缩混凝土的配制。
As a rule, mounting pad is needed to adjust the axial line and the level of the foundation of large size power equipment. Therefore a lot of steel should be consumed. No mounting pad construction technology not only saves steel materials, but also simplifys construction procedure. This paper introduces the features and the procedure of this technology, and gives also the key point of the technology--the disposal method of compensated constricted concrete.
