摘要
本文针对药罐发酵、灭菌过程温度控制对象的工艺特点和要求，利用STD工控机实现了其温度监测和控制，并介绍了其主要功能和硬、软件设计。该控制装置结构简单，操作方便，工作可靠。此系统装置已成功应用于某制药厂。
According to the technological requirements of the fermentation and sterilization process, a temperature monitor and control system is realized by using the STD industrial control microcomputer,and its main function,hardware and software are introduced. This control system possesses that the structure is simple,operation easy and work reliable. This system has been successful in a pharmaceutical factory.
