Relying on the abundant functions of STEP7-MICRO/DOS of SIMATIC,we improve the utility program with the standardized mounding sequences by way of multiple mull -coupling and duplicating subroutines. In order to reduce the production cost,we desing a simulating software of testing for the utility program to give full play to S7-200 PLC functions
