摘要
由于高校辅导员职业信念缺失、工作压力过大、社会评价偏低、辅导员队伍建设不充分等原因,造成辅导员工作动力缺失,本文力求探讨高校辅导员工作动力系统的构建。
Owing to absence of faith in their profession, too much work pressure, low social evaluation and insufficient team construction, college advisors seem to lack motivation for their work. This article discusses how to build advisors＇ drive system.
