摘要
提高远红外固化炉的控制质量是防腐涂料油管生产的重要问题。本文就涂料油管生产线上使用的远红外固化炉系统设计中所涉及的温区划分,调节方式和供电方式的选取、测温点位置的确定等实际问题谈了解决的方法。也提及了影响烘烤固化质量的其它问题。
Temperrature control for far infrared solidified oven is a critical problem in spreading anti-corrosion coating on oil pipe. This article presents the way to solve some proactical problems, such as division of temperature reigon, the regulation way, selection of ways for power supply and decision of temperature measuring spot, which occur in design of far infrared solidified oven system for used production line of spreading coating on oil pipe. It also describes some other key problems which influence the quality of baking and solidification.
