摘要
本研究对９８例ＩｇＡ肾病证属阴虚为主的患者随机分滋肾止血片治疗组６５例，西药组（对照组）３３例。以３个月为１疗程，经６个月以上的治疗。结果治疗组临床缓解率６１．５４％（４０／６５），总有效率８０％，而对照组分别为１８．１８％（６／３３）和４８．４８％。治疗组尿红细胞计数、尿蛋白均显著降低，血清免疫球蛋白ＩｇＡ、总胆固醇含量亦显著降低，血浆白蛋白升高；而且主要症状也明显改善，有效率均在７５％以上。对照组只有尿蛋白较前减少。二组相比，滋肾止血片组均优于对照组。综合分析，滋肾止血片是安全有效的。
In this study the 98 patients with IgA nephropathy and mainly having yin-deficiency syndrome were randomly divided into two groups.One group of 65 cases was treated with ZiShen ZhiXue Pian,and another group of 33 cases was treated with western medicine as control.One course lasted for three months and all patients were treated more than two courses.The results indicated that clinical remmision rate was 61.54%(40/65) and total effective rate was 80% in treatment group,but 18.18%(6/33) and 48.48% in control group,respectively.Urinary RBC count,urinary protein,serum IgA level and total cholesterol were decreased siginificantly,serum albmin level rised in treatment group and main symptoms improved remarkably,the effective rate was above 75%.But in control group only urinary protein declined.Comparing with these two groups the effecacy in treatment group is superior to that in control group.In conclusion,ZiShen ZhiXue Pian is safe and effective drug for IgA nephropathy.
