摘要
实施右胸微创体外循环心内直视手术１１８例，病种包括ＡＳＤ、ＶＳＤ、ＰＥＣＤ、ＰＡＰＶＣ、ＲＨＤＭＩ，平均年龄１５．５岁，平均转机４６．９ｍｉｎ。结果：全组无手术死亡，术后出血量、住院时间、医疗费用均较传统正中切口减少。结论：该技术安全有效，具有创伤小、不影响病人美观等优点。
Objective and Methods:118 patients suffered from ASD,VSD,PECD,PAPVC,and RHD MI were operated on open heart surgery through a small right thoracotomy under cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB).The average age was 15.5 years,the average CPB time was 46.9 minutes.Results:There was no operative mortality;amount of postoperative bleeding,hospital stay,and operative expenses were much less than those of conventional median sternotomy.Conclusion:This technique is safe,and effective,only with a minimal injury,not affecting one′s good looking.But the surgeon needs to master the surgical indications earnestly.
