摘要
HK-40为奥氏体钢,具有较高的含碳量和合金含量,焊接时易脆化、偏析,产生热裂纹,可焊性较差;Cr5Mo为珠光体钢,焊接时易出现淬硬组织。把这两种焊接性质相差甚大的材料相焊,必须选择一利能同时满足这两种材质要求的焊接工艺及焊接材料,才能获得优质的焊接接头。本文通过某催化剂管组的焊接实例,详细论述了HK-40与Cr5Mo相焊的可焊性与焊接工艺。实践证明,采用隔离层焊接方法及TG82焊丝、NA182焊条可取得满意效果。
HK-40 steel which is austenite has relatively high content of carbon and alloy. When welded, it is easy to cause embrittlement, segregation and heat cracking flaw. Therefore, its weldability is relatively poor. And Cr5Mo steel which is pearlite is easy to form quench hardening formation when welded. in order to get perfect welded joint of those two materials with very different welding performances, the welding process and materials for welded joint should be chosen to satisfy the requirments of both welding base materials. Thorugh the welding practice on one set of catalyst pipeline, this article introduces in detail the weldability and process for HK 40 steel and Cr5Mo steel. The practice proves that satisfactory effect can be gained by means of using isolation layer welding method with TG82 welding wire and NA182 welding bar.
