摘要
目的：观察恩亚智通对智力低下的疗效。方法：应用实验动物模型研究恩亚智通口服液对氢溴酸东莨菪碱记忆障碍（跳台法）和戊巴比妥方向辨别障碍（Ｙ型水迷路法）的影响。结果：连续给１０～１５ｄ的恩亚智通口服液（５～１０ｇ／ｋｇ，灌胃），对小鼠东莨菪碱所致的记忆障碍和戊巴比妥所致的方向辨别障碍有显著的改善作用，并能明显地增加脑血流量和供氧量。
Objective:To investigate the effect of Enyazhitong on mental disorder Methods:The effect of Enyazhitong on phenobarbital induced disorientation was examined by the Y water maze test,and its effect on scopolamine caused memory deficiency was investigated by using the step down test in mice Results:Phenobarbital induced disorientation and scopolamine caused memory deficiency were markedly improved by the treatment with Enyazhitong at the doses of 5￣10 g/kg,i g, for 10￣15 days,and the cerebral blood flow and oxygen supply were also significantly increased by this treatment Conclusion:Both mental disorder and blood flow in brain were improved significantly by the treatment with Enyazhitong
