摘要
介绍了一种基于酶抑制法的农产品农药残留检测系统,该系统以单片机作为核心控制器,扩展LED显示器、比色池、硅光电池和数据采集器等硬件部分,并通过USB接口,将采集的温度、吸光度和抑制率等数据传输到上位机,结合基于LabVIEW软件平台的虚拟农药残留检测系统软件进行分析处理。试验表明,该系统实现了农药残留数据的采集、回放、存储和分析功能,试验效果令人满意。
A pesticide residue detecting system for agricultural products based on enzyme inhibition method was described. The system mainly consists of LED,cuvette to store the liquid,silicon photovoltaic cells and a data acquisition module,which the core was designed by MCU. The hardware device can acquire and store temperature,light absorbency and the inhibition rate,and can communicate with PC using USB interface. The pesticide residue detecting system was designed in PC based on virtual instrument software LabVIEW. Experiment results indicated that it can acquire,store,perform and analyze the data of pesticide residue,and has achieved desirable effects.
