摘要
目的：评价介入化疗治疗局部晚期乳腺癌的效果。方法：应用Seldinger技术经股动脉插管至锁骨下动脉，对13例局部晚期乳腺癌按CMF方案加阿霉素进行灌注化疗。结果：完全缓解（CR）3例，部分缓解（PR）7例，稳定（SD）3例，有效率（CR＋PR）为76．9％；3例获得根治性切除，5例获得姑息性切除。结论；介入化疗是一种能提高局部晚期乳腺癌的手术切除率和疗效的有效方法。
To Observe theeffect of interventional chemotherapy in the treatment of locally advanced breast cancer- Methods: 13 patients with locally advanced breast cancerwere treated with CMF regimen and Adriamycin (ADM) by interventional technique. Results: 3 patients achieved CR, PR 7, SD 3. Totaleffective rates were 76. 9 %. 8patients gained to be operated after interventional chemotherapy. Condusions: it was sug-gested that interventional chemotherapy was one effective method that improved the cure rafe and effect in treatment of local1y advanced breast cancer.
