摘要
目的：探讨高血压病左室肥厚与室性心律失常的关系。方法：运用超声心动图及２４ｈ动态心电图对１２０例高血压病患者进行左室测定及心律监测。结果：左室肥厚组的复杂性室性心律失常明显高于无左室肥厚组（分别为５１１６％，１５５８％，Ｐ＜０００１）。
Objective:To study the relationship between left ventricular hypertrophy and vertricular arrhythmia.Methods:By using echocardiography and the 24 hour ECG recordings,the LV(left vertricle)dimension and cardiac rhythm of 120 patients with essential hypertension were determined.Results:The complex arrhythmia in the patients with LV hypertrophy was significantly higher than the group without LV hypertrophy(51.16% VS 15.58%, P <0.001).Conclusion:It is suggested that ventricular arrhythmia is closely related to LV hypertrophy and myocardial ischemia in essential hypertension.
