GH169合金低周疲劳行为的研究

摘要 在360℃,550和650℃下,对涡轮盘用GH169镍基高温合金的低周疲劳(LCF)特性进行了研究。结果表明,GH169具有较好的低周疲劳特性,在实验范围内,具有马辛效应,其应力—应变曲线呈软化趋势。低周被劳寿命可由塑性应变能表达。其低周疲劳性能随温度升高而变差。 The behavior of low-cycle fatigue (LCF) of Ni-base superalloy GH169 used for turbine disc were studied at 360℃, 550℃ and 650℃. It was found that the alloy have better LCF properties and Massing description.Cyclic stress-strain curve softening was observed during the testing. LCF life could be well expressed by plastic strain energy. However, LCF properties of the alloy became worse at an elvatcd temperature.
