摘要
目的探讨杀虫脒的利多卡因样作用。方法采用蛙的传导麻醉实验及对大鼠的心电、呼吸、血压的影响和抗氯化钡诱发的心律失常作用。结果杀虫脒有局部麻醉作用，杀虫脒和利多卡因的代谢物２．６－二甲基苯胺都有心血管毒性和抗氯化钡诱发的心律失常作用。结论杀虫脒具有利多卡因样的局麻作用、心血管毒性和抗氯化钡诱发的心律失常作用，可能系两者代谢物的结构相似而显示相似的药理效应。
Objective To study the lidocaine-like actions of chlordimeform. Methods Actions of chlordimeform,lidocaine and 2,6-dimethyl aniline were compared through conduction anesthesia on frogs,electrocardiograph,respiration,blood pressure and arrhythmia induced by barium chloride on rats. Results Besides the action of conduction anesthesia,chlordimeform has the cardiovascular toxicity and the antiarrhythmic action induced by barium chloride,parallel to 2,6-dimethyl aniline. Conclusion Chlordimeform has lidocaine-like actions of local anesthesia,cardiovascular toxicity and antiarrhythmia induced by barium chloride.The analogous pharmacologic effects of chlordimeform and lidocaine may be due to their analogous metabolites.
