摘要
就４０ 例硫酸烧伤进行分析， 认为硫酸烧伤后必须重视现场处理． 现场处理是否及时正确， 直接影响着病人的伤情和预后． 最有效的方法是用大量流动的清水冲洗创面， 冲洗时间２０ ～３０ ｍｉｎ ． 合并眼部烧伤应首先处理， 以减少致残率． 浓硫酸致颜面部、颈部深度烧伤， 早期行切痂植皮术， 可防止感染， 术后外形和功能恢复好．
cases of sulfuric acid burn are analyzed. It is important to give timely treatment to patients of sulfuric acid burn. Whether the patient is treated correctly and timely directly affects the condition of the injury and prognosis. The most effective method is to wash the surface of the wound with lots of flowign water fro 20～30 minutes. Sulfuric acid burn complicated with eye should be treated first in order to decrease cripple rate. If the strong sulfuric acid hurts face and neck deeply, cutting scab and skin-grafting can prevent infection with well recovered appearance and function.
