摘要
目的探讨卵黄囊声像图在早期先兆流产妊娠结局检测中的价值。方法对194例孕妇进行超声检查,观察其妊娠卵黄囊的显示情况及其形态、大小、是否缺如等,并追踪其妊娠结局。按妊娠结局是否良好将孕妇分为3组:早期妊娠正常组A组(61例),先兆流产妊娠结局良好组为B组(56例),先兆流产妊娠结局不良组为C组(77例)。结果 A组和B组的卵黄囊显示率明显高于C组,A组和B组与C组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),A组与B组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);3组卵黄囊直径比较,A组和B组与C组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),A组与B组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论卵黄囊在评估早期先兆流产结局中有重要价值。
Objective To explore the value of characteristic of gravidas＇ yolk sac in the early pregnancy outcome of threatened abortion. Methods Using ultrasonography to examine 194 women who were in early pregnancy,the yolk sac＇s display state,morphology,magnitude,absence or not were observed and pregnancy outcomes were followed.The gravidas were divided into three groups according to pregnancy outcome： Group A was defined as normal control group（61 women）;Group B was defined as threatened abortion women with good pregnancy outcome（56 women）;Group C was defined as threatened abortion women with bad pregnancy outcome（77 women）. Results The display rate of gravidas＇ yolk sac in group A and B were significantly higher than that in group C,and there were statistical differences between them（P0.05）,for groups A and B,there were no statistical differences（P0.05）.With comparisons of the diameter of gravidas＇ yolk sac,there were no statistical differences between groups A and B（P0.05）,but statistically significant differences between groups A and C（P0.05）,also in groups B and C（P0.05）. Conclusion Ultrasonography testing yolk sac plays an important role in estimating pregnancy outcome in the early threatened abortion.
