摘要
目前,现场上用的单头单螺杆式水力机械的工作理论尚不完善。本文拟用投影法给出这种水力机械的啮合理论及其作用力(扭矩、总轴向力、液压差轴向力、正压力轴向力、端面轴向力、倾倒力矩、横向力等)的理论表达式。为单螺杆式水力机械的设计提供了可靠依据。
This paper studies thg engagement theory of screw-liner pair and analyzes the forces on screw in single-screwed hydraulic machinery, including torque, axial force resulting from pressure difference on the helical surface of screw, axial force exerted by liner through the engaging(conjugate) lines, axial force on ends, overturning force and overturning moment, transverse force and so on. The results can provide a scientific basis for the design and research of the machinery.
