摘要
运用离散最优化的理论和方法优选了有杆泵抽油井的抽汲参数,包括:冲程、冲次、泵径和下泵深度。在优化设计中,将下泵深度作为一个变量,使计算更加精确。分别建立了以检泵初期产量、综合技术指标和经济收益为目标函数的三种数学模型,并且编制了有杆泵抽油井优选抽汲参数的软件。此软件有助于充分挖掘油井潜力和对油井进行科学化管理。文中对优选实例进行了分析和讨论。
In this paper discrete optimization is applied to a sucker-rod pumping for seeking optimum parameters, such as length of stroke, pumping speed, plunger diameter and pump depth. The authors establish the mathematical models of three objective functions of the initial production rate,inter-grated technical performance and economic return. Th? pump depth is taken as a variable. The computer programs are developed to optimize the pumping parameters of sueker-rod pumping well. This program can also be used to tap the potentialities of the oil well and to justify the oil well operation. A case study is given in this paper.
