摘要
利用相似原理推导出与机械密封摩擦磨损过程有关的相似准则,提出简化准则关系式的方法。简化了的关系式可用于处理机械密封性能实验数据。实验研究证明,机械密封摩擦磨损过程中的部分非定性参数与一些无因次相似准则之间存在幂函数关系。
The non-dimensional similarity criteria related to friction and wear processes on mechanical face seals were derived by using similarity theory. Simplification methods of the similarity criteria equations were presented. The simplified equations can be used to systematize the performance data on mechanical face seals. Experiments show that a power function relation exists between same undeterminative parameters and same dimensionless similarity criteria in friction and wear processes on the mechanical face seals.
