摘要
采用单片微控制器PIC16F877作为主控芯片,设计了一款生产线智能监控系统,可以同时对多条生产流水线进行监测和控制,在瞬时欠压和意外掉电时,能够将当前数据保存到E2PROM中,等待电压正常后恢复数据继续工作。
Adopting the MCUPIC16F877 as the main control chip,and designing a production line which has the function of intelligent monitoring system.And the system can monitor and control many production lines at the same time.Under the condition of the instaneous undervoltage and unexpected broken circuit,it could preserve the current data into E2PROM and wait for the data recovery after normal voltage and proceed to work.
