摘要
目的研究出院患者延续健康教育的做法,为临床护理管理提供理论和实践依据,以提高出院患者的综合满意度。方法对特需病房400例出院患者进行延续健康教育,并与前期400例未行延续健康教育的出院患者进行综合满意度对比。结果经过延续健康教育后,出院患者综合满意度明显提高。结论延续健康教育与出院患者的综合满意度密切相关,护理人员应充分重视出院患者延续健康教育,以提高出院患者的综合满意度。
Objective To study the practice of continuing health education to provide the theoretical and practical basis for clinical nursing management and improve the overall satisfaction of patients discharged from hospital.Methods A comparison was conducted on overall satisfaction in special needs wards between 400 patients discharged from hospital with continuing health education and 400 patients discharged without the education.Results The overall satisfaction of patients discharged from hospital was significantly increased with the continuing health education.Conclusion There is a close correlation between continuing health education and the overall satisfaction of patients discharged from hospital.Nurses should give adequate attention to continuing health education to improve the overall satisfaction of patients discharged from hospital.
