摘要
高校扩招极大改善了我国的人力资本结构。以在校大学生人数作为人力资本的衡量指标,通过运用各省的面板数据从定量角度分析这一改变对我国技术创新的影响,分析得出高校扩招没有对我国的技术创新提供积极的支持。可以通过采取控制招生规模、适当压缩招生人数、改进培养制度。
College expansion has greatly improved the structure of human capital.Based on the number of college students as the measure,and by using the panel data of other provinces,this paper analyzes the influences of technical innovation and concludes college expansion doesn＇t offer positive support for Chinese technical innovation.It puts forward that the innovation ability could be improved by cutting down the school enrollment in an appropriate way and perfecting the training system.
