摘要
讨论民用灶具普通燃烧时,火焰周围烟气浓度和温度的分布状态以及天然气强制排烟式燃气热水器烟道中的各种烟气成份的浓度.在有烟囱的封闭空间和大空间中催化燃烧过程均可达到近零污染排放,而且其天然气的转化率接近100%.在有烟囱的封闭空间中普通的天然气燃烧排放的NOx、CO浓度和不完全燃烧CH4浓度与催化燃烧相比较,排放量比较高;在大空间中火焰周围存在着排放的废气.通过实验测量表明普通燃烧天然气的转化率低于催化燃烧方式.
The exhaust gas density and temperature distribution are discussed in the paper when the flame of cooking stove of natural gas is in large space and forced exhaust gas concentration of hot-water burner of natural gas.The 'near zero' pollutant emissions can be achieved when the catalytic combustion process is in closed space with chimney and large space,and the catalytic combustion efficiency of natural gas is near 100%.Compared the density of NOx,CO in conventional flame with the un-burnt CH4 of catalytic combustion in closed space with chimney the exhause gas is higher.Also the exhaust gas concentrations of a conventional flame in large space is existing.It is shown that the conversion of conventional flame combustion is lower than that of catalytic combustion by measured experimental data.
