摘要
建立了内部沉浸冷凝盘管为热源的封闭绝热卧式水箱内水流动及换热的数学模型,采用了FLUENT软件对非稳定状态下箱内的温度场进行了数值模拟;对水箱内的冷凝盘管及水箱自身结构进行了优化研究.通过模拟计算,研究了冷凝盘管的长度及水箱径高比对箱内温度场的影响.
Air source heat pump water heaters(ASHPWH) are becoming increasingly popular with energy saving and high security.The mathematic model which described water flow and heat exchange in the sealed and horizontal tank with the built-in heating source was established.The unsteady temperature field in the sealed tank was simulated by using FLUENT.The model was optimized about the condenser coil and the structure of the tank.The influences of the length of the condenser coil and the ratio of dimension to length in the tank on the temperature field were studied by using simulation approaches.
