摘要
各种外伤因素造成的多端肌腱断裂,因其损伤严重,创伤范围大,易出现多种术后并发症.探讨有效的手术方法,是临床急需,我院2008年2月,将改良kesslgr法配合腱旁组织修复应用于临床,取得良好效果,现报告如下.
