摘要
目的：探讨手术治疗子宫肌瘤的术式.方法：对我院2006年1月-2009年12月进行子宫切除术及剔除术的子宫肌瘤患者120例进行临床分析.结果：手术后原有症状消失,手术效果满意.手术后标本全部送病理检查,证实均为子宫肌瘤.结论：子宫肌瘤术式选择应根据患者的症状、体征及对生育的要求而决定,无论选择何种手术方式,尤其要注意对卵巢功能的保护.
Objective：Discusses the surgery to treat the fibroid the technique type. Methods： In January, 2006 -- December, 2009 carries on the womb excision method and the rejection technique fibroid patient 120 examples to my courtyard carries on the clinical analysis. Results：Surgery original symptom vanishing, surgery effect satisfaction. After the surgery the specimen delivers the pathology inspection completely, the confirmation for the fibroid. Conclusion： The fibroid technique type choice should according to patient＇s symptom, the symptom and decided to the birth request, regardless of chooses what surgery way,must pay attention especially to the ovary function protection.
