羊水过少是危及胎儿生命极其重要的危险信号,可发生在妊娠任何时期.羊水量少于300ml者称为羊水过少,羊水过少严重影响围产儿的预后,随着围生医学的研究进展及超声诊断技术的广泛应用,羊水过少的检出率已明显提高,它对围产儿死亡率及围产儿发病率明显提高.本文对我院2004年1月至2009年12月羊水过少65例进行回顾性分析.
