摘要目的：观察依那普利与美托洛尔联合治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效.方法：治疗组在对照组的治疗基础之上加用依那普利与美托洛尔,比较治疗前后两组患者的心功能改变、血压、心率、LVEF.结果：治疗组的疗效显著较好,治疗组的SBP、DBP、HR、LVEF显著优于对照组.结论：美托洛尔与依那普利联合治疗慢性心力衰竭疗效确切,对减慢心率、降低血压、改善心功能、提高生活质量具有重要意义. Objective：Observes according to that Pulley and the beautiful request Luo river you unites the treatment chronic heart tailure the clinical curative effect. Methods：Treatment group adds above control group＇s treatment foundation with according to that Pulley and the beautiful request Luo river you,compared with treatment first and last groups patient＇s heart function change, blood pressure, heart rate, LVEF. Results： Treats the group obviously the curative effect good, treatment group＇s SBP, DBP, HR, LVEF obviously surpass the control group. Conclusion： The beautiful request I.uo river you with unite the treatment chronic heart failure curative effect according to that Pulley to be accurate,to reduces speed the heart rate, reduces the blood pressure, changes the benevolence function, the enhancement quality of life has the vital significance.
