摘要
本文通过对58例在急诊留观的急性肠梗阻患者采用中西医结合方法护理,通过常规禁食、胃肠减压,并在常规治疗时辅以中药局部外敷、中药灌肠、鼻饲及中医辨证施护,使得肠功能恢复时间大大缩短,从而有利于患者疾病的康复.
This article through the acute intestinal obstruction patient who keeps the view in the emergency medical treatment uses cooperation of Chinese and Western medicine method nursing to 58 examples,fasts,the stomach and intestines reduced pressure through the convention,and when conventional treatment auxiliary externally applies, the Chinese native medicine sausage, the nasal feeding and the Chinese medicine partially by the Chinese native medicine dialectical executes protects,causes the intestines function to restore the time to reduce greatly,thus is advantageous to the patient disease recovery.
