摘要
乳腺癌是女性常见的恶性肿瘤之一,在我国占各种恶性肿瘤的7%～10%.半个世纪以来其发病率在全球范围内呈逐渐增高趋势,已成为35岁～65岁女性肿瘤病人死亡的主要原因,其发病率日渐增多.所以,开展普查和早期诊断、探索预防途径,提高患者长期生存率是本文综述的主要课题.近些年来,乳腺癌的外科手术治疗经历了根治术、扩大根治术、改良根治术、保留乳房的乳腺癌切除术四大历程,手术范围在明显缩小,手术方式是外科争论和研究的热点.随着早期乳腺癌确诊病例日益增多,国内开展乳腺癌保留乳房手术也逐年增多.
Breast cancer is one of female＇s common malignant tumors,occupies each kind of malignant tumor in our country 7%-10%. Since the half century its disease incidence rate has assumed in the global scope advances gradually the tendency, has become the primary cause which 35 year old of -65 year old feminine tumor patients died,its disease incidence rate increases day after day. Therefore,the development general survey and the early diagnosis,the exploration prevention way, enhances the patient long--term survival rate is the main topic which this article summarizes. Recent year, breast cancer surgical operation treated experiences the root governing skill, the expanded root governing skill, the improvement root governing skill, retained the breast the breast cancer excision method four big courses, the surgery scope is reducing obviously,the surgery way was the surgical department argument and the research hot spot. Increases day by day along with the early breast cancer diagnosis case of illness, the home launches breast cancer to retain the breast surgery also year by year to increase.
