摘要
棉/尼龙混纺织物染整加工过程中,烧毛车速、火口位置、液氨整理车速、干热定形温度等都会对织物的各项性能产生影响。在大生产实践中,采用烧毛车速100m/min,火口一正一反,液氨整理车速20m/min,干热定形工艺为190℃×30s时,棉/尼龙混纺产品的尺寸稳定性、强力、弹性和手感良好。
Key parameters in wet processing of nylon/cotton blended fabric were discussed. Influences of singeing speed, burner location, liquid ammonia finishing speed and heat setting temperature on properties of nylon/cotton blends were analyzed. It was found that under conditions of singeing at 100 m/min, liquid ammonia finishing at 20 m/min and heat setting at 190 ℃ with 30 m/min, the finished blends featured soft handle and good dimensional stability, strength and elasticity.
