摘要
介绍了涤/氨弹力针织物的染整加工,包括前处理、预定形、缝边、精练、染色、脱水、剖幅、亲水柔软整理等,并提出了相关的注意事项。大生产实践表明,采用该工艺生产的涤氨弹力织物手感柔软,富有弹性,悬垂性好,满足各项指标。
Wet processing of polyester/polyurethane elastic knits was introduced, including pretreatment, presetting, edge sewing, scouring, dyeing, dewatering, slitting and hydrophilic soft finishing, and related precautions were pointed out. Prabtical application showed that polyester/polyurethane elastic knits featured soft handle, satisfactory elasticity and drapability, and could meet relevant requirements.
